Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the website casper.in.ua and the procedure for purchasing goods through the online store.

Placing an order constitutes the Buyer's acceptance of these Terms.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods.

3. Order Placement

  1. The order is placed through the Site's shopping cart.
  2. The agreement is considered concluded after the order is confirmed by a manager.
  3. The Seller has the right to clarify order details before shipment.

4. Product Price

  1. The cost of the goods is indicated on the product page.
  2. The price is final and does not change after order confirmation.
  3. Only delivery and carrier/bank commissions are additionally paid according to their tariffs.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the methods specified on the "Payment and Delivery" page:

  • online payment via LiqPay
  • full prepayment
  • cash on delivery with prepayment

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta in accordance with the terms specified on the "Payment and Delivery" page.

7. Product Return

Returns are processed in accordance with the "Return Policy" page.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Seller undertakes to:

  • provide goods of proper quality
  • perform delivery within the established timeframes

The Buyer undertakes to:

  • provide accurate information
  • pay for the order

9. Liability

The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

The Seller shall not be liable for:

  • delays in delivery by the carrier
  • improper use of the goods

10. Force Majeure

The Parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The current version is published on the website.
